Café India’s Executive chef Manoj Barau who, with his wealth of experience is confident of surpassing all of Café India’s culinary achievements to date. Chef Barau has over 20 years of experience having trained at the prestigious I.T.D.C in New Delhi alongside our Sous Chef Bablu Roderick and has worked in first class hotels and restaurants across India, Bahrain and the UK. Head chef Rashid Ahmed has over 22 years experience including the position of personal chef to the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
