The delicious sweet & sour Indian dish is a popular option among those who do not like their food spicy! Learn how to make this delicious dish yourself, to whatever spice level you desire!

For this recipe, you will also need to follow the instructions on basic curry sauce. This curry sauce is the base for Chicken Patia so make sure you have all of those ingredients too!

In a large pan add 100grams of mango chutney, 100grams of tomato ketchup, 1 tsp of mint sauce, 2tsp of sugar, 2 tablespoons of fruit cocktail and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix all of these ingredients over low heat and once combined, add in your curry sauce.

In a separate pan add in some diced chicken to a little vegetable oil. Add some red chilli powder if you want the dish to have a little kick and fry until cooked through.

Add the chicken to your sauce and mix through, serve with some fresh coriander on top and a lemon wedge!
